General Description
VIB/CX-12/T series indoor high voltage vacuum circuit breaker (hereinafter referred as VCB) is used as component for 12kV rated voltage, AC 50Hz indoor switchgear equipment. The product is manufactured in accordance with standards of GB1984-2014 HV AC Vacuum Circuit Breaker, JB3855-1996 3.6~40.5kV Indoor AC High Voltage Vacuum Circuit Breaker, DL403-2000 Ordering Technical Conditions of HV Vacuum Circuit Breaker for rated voltage 12~40.5kV and IEC 62271-100/2003 HV AC Vacuum Circuit Breaker etc requirements. The VCB is applied as protection and control unit of power design in electric power grid and for industrial and mining enterprises, also suitable for conditions which require various types of load switching and frequent operations and repeated breaking short circuit current.

Applying ambient conditions and matched switch panel width
  1. Ambient temperature: max temperature: +40ºC, and the average temperature within 24hours should be no more than 35ºC, min temperature: -15ºC.
  2. Relative humidity: the average humidity of a day should be no more than 95%, the average humidity of a month should be no more than 90%.
  3. Saturated vapor pressure: the average pressure of a day should be no more than 2.2kPa, the average pressure of a month should be no more than 1.8kPa.
  4. The height above sea level: ≤1000m, Max. 4500m (need technical review).
  5. Earthquake intensity: not exceed 8 degrees.
  6. It should be installed in the places without dust, smoke, corrosive or flammable gas, vapor and salt spray etc. pollutions.
  7. Matched switch panel width: 650mm

Structural Features:
  1. The VCB adopts modular type operating mechanism, the overall distribution is reasonable, artistic and simple.
  2. The electrical elements are using modular type design, so it is easy for installing and replacement for damaged ones.
  3. The primary circuit of the VCB could adopts both embedded poles and common insulated cylinder.
  4. Long endurance, the VCB meets the mechanical endurance level M2 and electrical endurance level E2.
  5. The VCB is with good interrupting performance, and could perfectly switch the inductive or capacitive load.
