PT Truck PT Handcart
General Description
The company designed and produced a series of handcar frame with screw nut push mechanism, can easily move the hand car, and prevent the wrong operation and damage the propulsion structure; Suitable for KYN61-40.5 armoured move open metal enclosed switchgear used in three-phase AC 50 Hz 40.5KV power system, single busbar section, handcart configuration of different components, respectively has the busbar liaison, electric energy measurement, power equipment overload or short circuit protection, and as protection unit in the system maintenance.According to the choice configuration scheme of handcart, it can have reliable position and interlocking function.
Applying ambient conditions
1 Ambient temperature: no more than 40 ºC;The average daily temperature is not more than 35 ºC;Minimum ambient air temperature is 25 ºC.
2 Relative humidity: the daily average is not greater than 95%, and the monthly average is not greater than 90%;
3 The vapor pressure daily average is not greater than 2.2kPa;The monthly average is not greater than 1.8kPa;
4 The height above sea level: no more than 1000m;
5 There is no apparent pollution of dust, smoke, corrosive and/or flammable gas, steam or salt spray;
6 The vibration or ground motion outside the switch equipment and control equipment is negligible;
7 The amplitude of induction electromagnetic interference in secondary system is not more than 1.6kV.
Instruction
According to the actual requirements of the project, the PT truck may install one, two or three voltage transformers. In order to prevent the load
operation of the handcart unit, the PT truck is equipped with the locking electromagnet. By using the electromagnetic lock on the special propulsion
mechanism to realize the lock of the position and test position of the handcart, there is a reliable travel switch to realize the position display. When
the handcart is in the test position or working position, the closed electromagnet will not be able to push or exit the handcart without power.
